They improved the Wifi during the pandemic to better serve tenants.They're always quick to respond and come out when you're having a maintenance issue. As a life long renter I have had many landlords but AddValue has been my favorite. Application, move in process was quick and easy. I have cats which can be a problem but not here. I had to call last fall as my heat went out first time I tried to use it. Tiffani herself was here fixing it within the hour and I had my heat back before my apartment got cold! Love, love, love them. I'm not leaving until I buy a house.

If you are looking for someone to rent from in Mount Pleasant, you have found them! Tiffany is the best landlord I have ever had. I have rented a unit from her for a few years now, and she always takes the time to help with any problems quickly and efficiently (though very few ever arise). Her properties are all very reasonably priced and well taken care of. I cannot recommend Addvalue Properties highly enough!

Tiffany is the best! She's friendly and approachable, and committed to helping tenants with any issue that may arise. She helped us find someone to sublease our apartment last minute when we needed to move within the month for work. When we eventually came back to Mt. Pleasant, we contacted her and she made sure we were able to get another apartment at one of her properties. After 4 years and 2 apartments, we were so sad to have to leave her! Now, we live in an apartment downstate and our manager is the worst. We miss Tiffany so much!

I was associated with this company from August of 2020 until June 2021. First off, they were very understanding of my situation and was willing to work with me no matter what. Management is very kind and professional. The most important thing for me was the fact that they respected my boundaries, individuality, and treated me like a human being instead of just a number. The property was very presentable upon move in. If they can’t answer the phone they are very good with other ways of communicating such as text message. The minor issues I had were resolved in less than 3 days time, if that. I definitely recommend this company to other people looking for housing. Tiffany and Aiden have given me the best housing experience so far. If I can come back and rent with them, I would do so in a heartbeat.
