Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. Our clients may reach us after-hours through e-mail, personal cellular phones, owner’s assigned portal or text.
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. We can electronically deposit your payments directly into your designated bank account.
How is rent collection handled?
Rents are collected on the due date and entered in our secured system.
How soon can you start managing my property?
Upon receiving owner’s signed authorization.
What type of properties do you manage?
There is nothing too big or too small for AddValue to handle. We manage everything from commercial buildings, to a single family residence, to a multi-unit residential building.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Reports are provided monthly to property owners. The report includes all rental income received during the operating month along with detailed operating expenses.
When do I get my checks?
Monies are sent between the 10th and the 15th of each month – pending monthly expenses.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Unless otherwise specified, we do not charge security deposits. We charge signing fees that go directly to the owners account.
